Protected garden (only one neighbour on one side), which ends approx. 60 m from the beautiful beach with it´s white sand. Shop and other service´s is nearest in Hällevik and Mjällby (5 km). To the beautiful 18-holes golf course is it about 8 km. First-class living with in a beutiful area. There becomes a fee at 1 SEK/Kw for electricity. Please notice! Exchange day is Sundays. Deposit: 800 SEK. Pays direct by the booking and will be returned to you at departing, once the house/apartment has been inspected and approved. In this object can you rent bed-linen + handtowels.
